Booking & Payments
How do I book a tour and pay?
You can book your tour directly through our website. All online payments are handled securely using Square. We do not view or store your credit card information. Your booking is fully confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We offer a multi-tiered refund policy based on when you cancel via email:
- 14 days or more before your tour: 100% full refund.
- Between 7 and 14 days before your tour: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before your tour: Non-refundable (0% refund).
Taxis & Passengers
How many people can fit in one taxi?
Our official London Black Cabs can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 6 passengers.
Do you provide child seats?
We have child booster seats available, but they are strictly subject to availability. Please let us know that you require a booster seat at the time of your booking so we can do our best to accommodate your request. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children are securely buckled.
Tour Logistics
Where do you pick us up and drop us off?
We provide convenient door-to-door service. We can pick you up and drop you off directly at your central London hotel, an airport, or a cruise terminal. Please specify your location details when booking.
What happens if we are running late?
If you are delayed, please email us immediately at office@classiclondontaxitours.com. Our drivers will wait at the designated pickup spot for a maximum of 15 minutes. Please note that this waiting time counts toward your total tour duration.
Do you offer tours outside of London?
Yes! We offer a full range of London sightseeing tours, but we also travel outside the capital. We regularly take guests into the English countryside to see incredible historic sights like Stonehenge.
How do your Windsor Castle tours work?
For our Windsor tours, we drive you directly to Windsor. To provide you with the most elite historical experience, we meet and partner with an official, highly qualified Blue Badge Guide specifically for the Windsor portion of your day.
